If you would like to arrange a time to meet Lama Wangyal, discuss the work of the Thrangu Rinpoche Trust and the Thrangu House Buddhist Centre, or have any enquiries regarding the centre, please telephone the Secretary on 01865 241555, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Thrangu House running costs are about £30,000. This money pays for bills, repairs, food, disposables and Lama Wangyal’s living costs. We also need to find money to pay for visiting teachers and their supporters. We manage to cover these costs with your generous donations.
We are also raising funds for projects such as the Monastery project, where we have borrowed to invest in residential property so that in the next 10 years we are able to build and run a Monastery. We also collect donations for Thrangu Rinpoche’s projects such as Namo Buddha and Tara Abbey. Through the kindness of 800 donors, we were able to raise more than $100,000 for the monks and other victims of April’s earthquake in Tashi Choling monastery in Tibet.
If you would like information about the different ways in which you can provide financial assistance to the charity, including Gift Aid, share-giving and legacies as well as direct financial aid, please call on 01865 241555 or email email@example.com
